In this role, the Regional Sales Executive will maximize new capital orders, drive sales, and increase market penetration in the assigned territory. The role focuses on securing capital order bookings and selling Insightec’s neuro platform.
Responsibilities
Sell Insightec products in accordance with company policies for the North Central Region. Set meetings and organize clinical and executive presentations to appropriate customer audiences – Neurosurgeons, hospital C‑suite, department chairs, neurologists, urologists, and radiologists. Build an appropriate economical and business model presentation, including reimbursement status, downstream/upstream revenues, marketing and education programs, and required financial data for customer decision‑making. Collaborate with the inside sales team to identify prospects and nurture funnel prospects within the territory. Work with VP Americas and coordinate with GE Healthcare and/or Siemens sales forces as needed to identify, process, and close sales deals. Provide ongoing updated orders and sales forecast reports. Generate, record, and maintain customer profiles, including tracking key critical and technical decision makers for assigned accounts. Attend key industry shows and coordinate meetings with key customers to gain program validation. Stay current with healthcare market dynamics in the U.S. and local markets, and be able to speak to these with authority at all levels from C‑suite to physicians, administrators, and supply chain. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science or equivalent; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience selling disruptive medical device technology (1M+ capital equipment) to neurosurgeons, neurologists, community hospitals, imaging centers, and academic hospitals. Strong hunger to win and passion to solve customer problems & drive outcomes. Problem‑solving ability – execute to win even without a perfect organizational structure. Experience creatively building a funnel by targeting strategic accounts and mapping stakeholder incentives. Location
