Role Overview As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be the strategic steward of our brand identity, voice, and positioning. You’ll lead initiatives that deepen customer connection, drive brand awareness, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints—from digital campaigns to product packaging. This is a high‑impact role for a creative thinker with sharp strategic instincts and a passion for wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with company goals and customer insights
Own brand messaging and storytelling across channels (web, email, social, packaging, partnerships)
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Creative, Growth, CX) to ensure brand consistency
Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and innovation
Manage brand calendar, campaign planning, and seasonal launches
Oversee external agencies and freelancers for creative execution
Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Champion brand integrity and evolution as we scale
What You Bring
5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in health, wellness, or consumer goods
Strong strategic thinking and creative judgment
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer insights
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment
Passion for wellness and a deep understanding of the evolving consumer landscape
