This is a chance to design analytics-ready datasets and build the pipelines that drive investment decisions. Working within a squad operating model, you'll collaborate directly with Data Scientists, BI Analysts, and Data Engineers to translate business logic into production-grade data assets. Your work will directly influence how the firm leverages analytics for strategic decision-making. Here's the high-level view: Analytics Engineer Location: Boston - Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) Core Tech Stack: Azure Synapse/Snowflake, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, dbt/Dagster, CI/CD pipelines The Mission: Design and maintain analytics-ready datasets that support AI/ML experimentation, predictive modeling, and BI visualizations. You'll build adaptable data pipelines, implement data validation and observability, and deliver clean, reusable datasets that bridge tactical prototyping with strategic data architecture.
