Serve as the go-to expert on the shop floor, leading root cause investigations and executing timely corrective actions to uphold schedule, quality, and structural integrity.
Act as a key liaison between manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory bodies (e.g., FAA) to ensure all materials, documentation, and processes support certification goals.

What You Need:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering—or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing with a focus on airframe assembly and composite structures. Experience with prototype or experimental aircraft is highly valued.
Demonstrated expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM), particularly for complex composite structures and bonded assemblies.
Proficiency in advanced manufacturing tools such as CAD, PLM, and MES systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across engineering, production, and quality functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, iterative development environment, balancing strategic program goals with hands‑on execution.
