We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a dynamic and growing organization based in the South Bay area. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in HR operations, strong employee relations expertise, and a proactive, business‑minded approach to supporting leadership and employees.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic HR partner to assigned business units, providing counsel on all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Partner with leaders to drive engagement, talent management, and workforce planning strategies that align with business goals.
Conduct thorough investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
Support HR initiatives including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and training.
Utilize Excel for reporting, data analysis, and workforce metrics to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to continuously improve processes and employee experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience managing employee relations.
Real estate industry experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Knowledge of California labor and employment laws.
