Position Summary We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to advise hiring leaders on recruiting needs, market conditions, and best practices. This role leads recruiting for critical positions, partners strategically with leaders, and delivers a top‑notch candidate experience.

What You Will Do

Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand needs and communicate the recruiting process.

Advise, influence, and drive an effective recruiting process in partnership with leaders.

Network within the architecture and engineering design industry to create talent pipelines.

Prioritize and manage time based on critical hiring needs.

Deliver exceptional candidate experience with clear communication, transparency, and timely feedback.

Post and source openings on job boards to attract right talent.

Identify, contact, and influence qualified passive candidates via LinkedIn, associations, and other tools.

Maintain knowledge of regional and market trends.

Recommend and manage external recruiting resources as needed.

Brainstorm creative ways to generate new candidates.

Collect competitor/university information for sourcing.

Communicate updates throughout the recruiting process to leaders and candidates.

Guide leaders through selection and offer process.

Use social media marketing to promote Employer Brand.

Participate in recruiting initiatives and projects as requested.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, and selection.

Experience with full‑cycle recruiting in the AEC industry.

Proficiency with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.

Advanced sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn, social platforms, and market research.

Track record of advising hiring leaders and influencing practices.

Willingness to travel 10‑15%.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting engineers at an Architecture/Engineering/Construction/Design firm.

Familiarity with OFCCP guidelines.

Experience with recruitment marketing.

Compensation Pay range: $80,000 – $90,000 USD, based on location, experience, and skills.
