Serve as the executive lead for supplier partnerships, ensuring alignment and mutual profitability Develop and execute long-term business plans that support supplier growth and company financial targets Build and maintain influential relationships with key supplier executives and decision-makers Lead and mentor a team of supplier managers and analysts to foster performance and accountability Oversee supplier planning processes, including pricing strategies and program execution Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supplier or brand management within the beverage alcohol industry Proven success in managing large-scale supplier relationships and driving strategic business outcomes Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate insights into action Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive presence Preferred Qualifications
