What We Need We are building an industry-defining accounting & finance software and need someone to help Rillet transition to the next phase. As an early member of our GTM team, you’ll work directly with the CEO, GTM, and Product teams to help prospects evaluate Rillet as their next ERP.

What You'll Do

Remove technical objections: address technical questions, understand business requirements and existing technology stack, articulate integration, and improve processes.

Perform sales demonstrations: set up sandbox environments, tailor data to showcase key use cases, deliver high-impact demos, and adapt to customer needs.

Execute relentlessly: work cross-functionally to provide prospect feedback to founders and product teams in real time, experiment with demo styles, write follow-ups, and accelerate velocity.

Represent Rillet: be the face of the company, apply high customer empathy and problem-solving to ensure every prospect interaction is delightful.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of industry accounting experience, including revenue recognition, month-end close, and multi-entity consolidation.

2+ years of supporting the sales cycle with implementation and/or customer support for accounting/financial solutions.

Knowledge of CFO ecosystem tools.

Excellent communicator who can simplify complex concepts and speaks conversationally.

Detail-oriented, thrives in dynamic fast-paced environments.

CPA certification or audit background is a plus.
