Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Attorney specializing in Family Law to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal advice and representation in a variety of family law matters, from complex asset division to child custody cases, within a fully remote environment. This role requires a deep understanding of California family law, a passion for helping individuals and families navigate complex legal situations, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
Base Pay Range $175,000 – $265,000 per year.

Handles highly sensitive and urgent matters such as domestic violence and child abductions.
Regularly litigates complex asset division for clients with millions‑dollar incomes and multimillion‑dollar marital estates.
All attorneys are accomplished and well‑versed in California family law.

Job Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law matters, including high‑conflict custody cases and complex asset divisions.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Provide effective advocacy both in and out of court, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay current with developments in family law and related areas.
Requirements
Strong background in family law.
Active and good standing membership in the California State Bar.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Commitment to meeting a 1,600–1,700 billable hour requirement annually.
