Position Overview: Clean Team is actively seeking passionate individuals to join us as a Site Manager. As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting upper branch management to ensure the seamless operations of our branch. Your role is critical in ensuring a well-managed, efficient and customer-focused cleaning operation.

Job Type: Part Time

Anticipated Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 4 hour shift (5 pm-9 pm)

Responsibilities: As a Site Manager your responsibilities will include:

Report to the Operations Manager and keep them informed about the site's activities.

Train new cleaners and provide ongoing support and training to the team.

Ensure that the daily/nightly cleaning task schedules are followed.

Conduct daily or nightly inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.

Responsible for ordering supplies, chemicals, equipment, and consumable products.

Ensure that the cleaning tasks are completed within the budgeted hours.

Monitor and ensure that our cleaners are in Clean Team shirts or uniforms and using the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for the specific account.

Communicate with the staffing coordinator when there is a need to fill open positions.

Provide friendly service and communication to our customers.

Attend to customer needs and requests promptly.

Send in a daily or nightly recap to keep everyone updated on the site's activities.

Make sure the building is armed and secured after the cleaning tasks are completed.

Qualifications: To excel in this position, you should be:

Skilled at making quality decisions.

This is a manager-in-training position that will be at one location only.

Site Managers are required to have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of car insurance.

Supervisor: 1 year

Required License or Certification:

Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
