We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental differences. The BCBA will oversee assessments, treatment planning, supervision of Behavior Therapists, and family training to ensure clinical excellence and compliance with DHS and EIDBI standards. Key Responsibilities

Clinical Supervision & Program Development

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), skills assessments, and treatment plans (ITP). Develop individualized, data‑driven ABA programs aligned with EIDBI guidelines. Supervise Behavior Therapists (BTs) to ensure accurate data collection and treatment integrity. Review data trends, graphs, and session notes to guide treatment modifications. Provide direction, modeling, and feedback to BTs during observations and supervision sessions. Collaborate with the BCBA team, families, and other providers to ensure holistic care. Family & Caregiver Collaboration

Conduct family training sessions using RUBI and other evidence‑based models. Teach parents strategies for communication, behavior management, and skill generalization. Maintain consistent communication with families about progress and next steps. Develop simple, culturally sensitive plans families can follow at home. Data, Documentation & Compliance

Ensure all treatment data and session notes meet DHS EIDBI and insurance documentation standards. Complete reports, ITP updates, and discharge summaries within required timelines. Monitor staff session notes for accuracy and provide corrective feedback as needed. Maintain compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA, and Spectrum of Light Center policies. Training & Team Development

Train, mentor, and evaluate BTs and clinical interns. Lead group trainings on ABA principles, data collection, and professionalism. Participate in staff meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions. Promote a positive, collaborative team environment. Qualifications

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Eligible or currently credentialed under the EIDBI program (Level 1 or Level 2 provider). Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services to children with autism. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ABA data systems (Ensora, Catalyst, CentralReach, or similar). Commitment to ethical practice, family partnership, and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications

Experience supervising and mentoring ABA staff. Knowledge of Minnesota DHS / EIDBI documentation and billing requirements. Bilingual (Somali / English or other languages) preferred but not required. Experience working in culturally diverse communities. Benefits & Perks
