Where You Come In
Influence and support high and low-prescribing CGM physicians, diabetes education nurses, and other health care professionals in prescribing Dexcom products.
Train healthcare professionals to use Dexcom products and integrate them into practice.
Represent Dexcom at local, regional, and national trade shows and diabetes exhibits to promote Dexcom products to a broad diabetes community.
Provide education on Dexcom products to pharmacies within the assigned territory.
Partner with market access, trade, government affairs, district and territory sales teams, and other departments to facilitate territory sales growth.
Increase Dexcom’s market share and meet/exceed district/territory sales targets and KPIs in line with company expectations.
Implement Dexcom strategy and monitor progress toward sales goal achievement using Dexcom analytical tools.
Be responsible and accountable for meeting territory sales goals as assigned.
Complete all administrative requirements in a timely fashion as directed by management.
What Makes You Successful
Work requires significant teamwork and collaboration with district and territory sales teams.
Possession of a valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evening work.
Previous medical and pharma sales experience with a high sales success track record preferred.
Previous non‑medical or pharma sales experience will also be considered.
Knowledge of diabetes disease state is a plus.

50%‑75% travel.
Experience and Education Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5‑8 years of related experience.
Remote Workplace Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site. If you reside within commuting distance, a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
Salary $87,000.00 – $145,000.00
