Provide executive-level leadership and strategic direction for division-wide

Clinical Operations and Supply Chain initiatives , with an emphasis on

surgical and procedural services

(OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, and Special Procedures). Establish and foster a

clinically driven culture

through partnerships with hospital executives, physicians, and clinical staff. Analyze financial, operational, and clinical data

to drive decision-making and margin improvement. Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Clinical Resource Management teams to ensure

accuracy and efficiency

in processes such as preference card management, product utilization, and contract compliance. Lead Clinical Value Analysis Teams (CVAT)

and other service line committees to evaluate product efficacy, cost, and outcomes while driving product standardization and waste reduction. Direct initiatives for

inventory management, patient billing accuracy, and cost containment , ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and national product formularies. Develop and implement strategies

that optimize supply expense management, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen physician engagement. Oversee division projects to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget, while executing

financial resiliency initiatives

and supply chain optimizations. What Will You Need?

Bachelors degree

in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (required). Masters degree

strongly preferred. 5+ years of hospital management experience

(required). Proven success leading

large or multi-campus hospital operations

(required). Demonstrated expertise in

clinical resource management, supply chain operations, and procedural area optimization . Strong

executive presence

and ability to build strategic relationships across corporate, division, and facility leadership teams. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in clinical, operational, and financial performance.
