GE Partners is a privately held escrow support and operations firm that manages multiple successful escrow brands across the Southern California South Bay area. We provide back-office, HR, compliance, and operational support for our affiliated companies—and we’re growing. We believe in investing in great people, whether you’re an escrow pro or just starting your journey. This is an in-person position based in our South Bay offices.
Position Overview Manage all aspects of escrow transactions from opening to closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction. Work directly with buyers, sellers, and lenders on complex real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage escrow transactions from start to finish
Review and interpret buyer, seller, and lender instructions
Order and review title reports; clear title issues
Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents
Handle escrow funds in compliance with all regulations
Conduct client signings and explain documents
Maintain compliance with RESPA, DBO / DRE, and internal policies
Required Qualifications
3+ years as an Escrow Officer managing real estate transactions
Expert knowledge of escrow laws, real estate law, and closing processes
Proficiency in Qualia or similar escrow software
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
