Job Description Vice President, Solutions Consulting - Americas As the Vice President of Solutions Consulting- Americas Region, you will serve as the primary leader and point of contact for the Solutions Consulting (SC) team, ensuring alignment across all functions that contribute to the company’s success. You will be accountable for setting a clear strategic vision and implementing an operational model that drives scalability and sustained performance.

A key aspect of your role will involve direct engagement with customers, cultivating strong executive relationships, and establishing trusted champions at the highest levels within our client organizations. You will lead your team through structured monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, supporting both their performance objectives and long-term career development.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring your team remains current on evolving industry-specific solutions and product advancements, providing continuous enablement as the platform and market dynamics evolve.

Main Responsibilities

Lead, Coach and Grow the Americas Regional Solutions Consulting team

Recruit and retain top Solutions Consultants and Solution Consultant Leaders

Define, Refine and Operationalize core Solutions processes and overall GTM strategy

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and becoming a trusted advisor

Proactively engage in strategic development of the Solution Consultant organization by initiating and leading projects to further team development, organizational structure, product offering, technical training, etc.

Work effectively with other teams, such as product, marketing, and customer success, to drive solution innovation and ensure successful client outcomes

Developing and implementing strategic plans for the solutions consulting function, including resource allocation, process optimization, and training programs

As the America’s Leader, maintaining consistent engagement with customers, partners, and internal teams is critical to your success in this role. To support those relationships and drive strategic alignment, 60% travel is required

Desired Skills And Experience

Experience: 8+ years of SC leadership experience, 10+ years' experience in customer facing role in enterprise software company

Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build high-performing organizations, and manage resources effectively.

Consulting and Sales: Experience in sales, consulting, and solution delivery, with a strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, AI, SaaS platforms, and industry trends, as well as the ability to translate technical concepts into client-focused solutions

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, anticipate market trends, and adapt to changing business conditions.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify client needs, assess challenges, and develop effective solutions.
