Technical Lead

for a contract position to lead code repository migrations and implement CI/CD solutions using GitHub Actions and AWS services. Rate Range:

$56–$58 per hour (negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors). Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions aligned with business goals. Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. Oversee code reviews and quality assurance, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable code. Drive architectural decisions and recommend technologies that enhance system performance and scalability. Manage project risks and resolve technical challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in software development and cloud‑based solutions. Proven expertise in Git workflows and repository migration using Bitbucket and GitHub.
