Full Stack Engineer (Python/Java, AWS, React)
Location:
Westlake, TX - 2 weeks Onsite per Month
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
Python & Java
– Proficiency in both required; Python is more prevalent.
AWS / DynamoDB
– Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native development and deployment.
Soft Skills:
Must be a strong communicator – you’ll work closely with business partners and cross‑functional teams.
Interview Process:
Manager Round (60 min):
Includes a screen‑share coding exercise (please have a live coding environment ready).
Tech Lead Round (30 min):
Technical discussion and Q&A.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with AWS and cloud‑native deployment (Lambda, S3, SQS, EventBridge). Certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Maven, Git/SVN/Bitbucket, CloudFormation/Terraform, Jira.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and automated testing frameworks.
Exposure to monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, self‑motivated, and quick to learn new technologies.
