Sourcing Manager – Electronics, Automation & Water Treatment Location: Atlanta, GA

Overview Fluidra is looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our team and lead regional sourcing activities for Electronics, Automation, pool deck equipment, and Water Treatment categories across the Americas region. This role will play a key part in executing the global electronics strategy in close collaboration with the Global Category Manager while also developing and expanding the Automation and Water Treatment categories.

What You Will Contribute We are seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Manager to lead regional sourcing activities for Electronics, Automation, pool deck equipment, and Water Treatment categories across the Americas region. This role will play a key part in executing the global electronics strategy in close collaboration with the Global Category Manager, while also developing and expanding the Automation and Water Treatment categories.

Responsibilities

Support and deploy the global electronics category strategy across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local business needs.

Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for the Automation and Water Treatment categories, identifying key suppliers and driving value creation initiatives.

Lead supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation, and contracting for the assigned categories, ensuring delivery of cost, quality, service, and innovation targets.

Collaborate closely with the Global Category Manager – Electronics, Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure supplier capabilities meet technical and operational requirements.

Manage supplier performance and implement continuous improvement programs focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, and risk mitigation.

Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and regional supply chain risks to proactively adapt sourcing strategies.

Partner with procurement, finance, and manufacturing teams at the two regional sites to ensure consistency in supplier management, process optimization, and strategic sourcing execution.

Report regional progress on cost savings, supplier performance, and category development to global and regional leadership.

What We Seek

8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management, preferably in Electronics, Metals, Automation, or Water Treatment industries.

Strong understanding of electronic components, contract manufacturing, value improvement, project management, and international environment.

Demonstrated ability to drive sourcing strategies and productivity improvements within a regional or global organization.

Proven experience managing supplier networks across multiple countries in the Americas.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.

Willingness to travel within the Americas region (up to 30%).

Education Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).
