Role Summary:

As a senior leader of the business unit, you will create and drive strategies, execution, culture, people development and lean implementation to support aggressive, sustainable long‑term growth for a $35M+ business. You will oversee all manufacturing, production, planning, materials, health, safety and environmental, IT, and assembly disciplines and manage a team of 6 direct reports and 50 full‑time employees.

Major Duties:

Establish, evaluate and direct manufacturing, production, planning, materials, health, safety and environmental, IT, and assembly functions. Focus on continuous improvement of key operational KPIs, capital equipment project planning, and product‑focused manufacturing planning. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, General Manager and key customers to drive growth and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

Specific Responsibilities:

Develop and champion people and culture.

Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiencies and cost reductions.

Deliver projects and product orders on time and on budget.

Ensure total customer satisfaction.

Maintain >90% on‑time delivery and enforce quality KPIs.

Support working capital KPI with smart inventory management.

Lead lean (ABM) transformation: visual management, value‑stream mapping, and safety performance improvements.

Act as site leader for all health, safety and environmental requirements and compliance.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership in a product‑based production environment for >8 years. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, regulatory compliance, supply‑chain planning, MRP/Kanban and lean manufacturing concepts. Proven ability to develop teams, communicate effectively, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Computer literacy in manufacturing management is preferred.

Education:

Degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing or related field.
