Responsibilities

Assess and improve reliability programs for manufacturing equipment

Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to prevent recurring issues

Develop and execute predictive and preventive maintenance strategies

Evaluate and optimize spare parts and maintenance plans to reduce unnecessary costs

Revamp the existing reliability program and establish a roadmap aligned with industry best practices

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design reliability into new equipment and systems

Provide technical input on machinery upgrades and replacements to enhance long‑term performance

Support safety and compliance initiatives related to equipment reliability

Qualifications

5–10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within chemical or industrial processes

Proven background in reliability engineering, including system and equipment design for reliability

Strong knowledge of Reliability‑Centered Maintenance (RCM), predictive, and preventive maintenance optimization

Hands‑on experience with tools such as RCFA, FMEA, and spare parts optimization

Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and improve reliability programs holistically
