Mechanical Superintendent (All Trades) | Commercial & Industrial Projects | Southeast Region Are you a hands-on leader who thrives on building complex mechanical systems from the ground up? We’re seeking a Mechanical Superintendent (All Trades) to oversee field operations for large-scale commercial and industrial projects — coordinating HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, welding, and controls work to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

Lead and coordinate daily field operations across all mechanical trades.

Supervise foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Review plans, specifications, and schedules; resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.

Manage labor, materials, tools, and equipment for optimal efficiency.

Conduct and document safety meetings, ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards.

Inspect work for code compliance and quality assurance.

Collaborate with Project Managers to track progress, forecast manpower, and manage budgets.

Serve as the primary jobsite contact for clients, inspectors, and engineers.

Promote teamwork and mentor field personnel while upholding company values of integrity, accountability, and excellence.

What You Bring

10+ years of mechanical construction experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.

Strong expertise across HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, welding, and controls.

Proven leadership in managing multi-trade crews and complex project schedules.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.

OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Journeyman certification, NCCER, First Aid/CPR, or relevant technical training.
