Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer with a well-rounded understanding of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive reliable and efficient HVAC solutions as part of their energy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps.
Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with the solar installation team to integrate HVAC systems into renewable energy projects when necessary.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals for proper system installation and maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system operations and addressing client concerns.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
EPA Certification (required).
2–3 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, including mini-splits, air handlers, and heat pumps.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide courteous and professional support to customers and team members.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
