Pay Rate $82,500 - $110,000 (USCORE)

The Job You Will Perform

Responsible for the resolution of significant technical, scientific, or engineering issues that affect the sales installation and utilization of IP products and/or services.

Coordinates appropriate actions with senior technical leaders.

Provides insights for the development of customer value propositions that create an IP market advantage.

Provides timely feedback on market, customer, and competitive activity influencing the market.

Participates in development and delivery of financial solutions.

Acts as a technical expert in troubleshooting product sales, manufacturing, and development.

Visits manufacturing and customer facilities to resolve technical product manufacturing issues and, in some organizations, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment sales.

Serves as a resource for other internal departments and may be sought for advice and solutions.

Initiates problem‑resolution process improvement and serves as the primary resource to company and customer operations.

The Qualifications, Skills And Knowledge You Will Bring

BS/BA in a related field.

8+ years of experience with packaging applications.

Maintenance or engineering education or completion of advanced trade certification training is a plus.

Experience in the corrugated box industry is a plus.
