Job Title: Inventory Management Support • Job Code: 30503 • Location: Londonderry, NH • Schedule: 9/80: 9 days out of every 14 (80 hrs per 14 days).

Job Description Perform transfers, move tickets and roll ups into the ERP system; load shop floor control to support production; fill pick tickets, requisitions, and reservations; physically move material between buildings; conduct daily cycle counts; verify all received/issued/transfer items for discrepancies; keep materials cleaned, labeled, and packaged correctly and move them same day to production line; follow prescribed procedures for safeguarding, storage, handling and accounting for items designated as classified, restricted, special project or high priority.
Essential Functions
Material transfers and roll ups that support production within 24 hours.
Scan serialized parts in shop floor control to support traceability.
All deliveries completed within 24 hours.
24‑hour fulfillment of all requisitions.
Bins replenished back to the production line within 24 hours.
98% accuracy on cycle count reconciliation.
Process approved scrap tickets in a timely manner to ensure accurate MRP.
Hot list items prioritized to the floor; all other materials put‑away within 48 hours.
Materials cleaned within 1 shift and moved same‑day to production line.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years prior experience.
Minimum Education: High School/GED.
Preferred: 2‑year post‑secondary/AA degree.
Preferred Additional Skills
Team player, willing to cross‑train and support all areas of the Warehouse and Logistics department.
Fork‑lift experience (Company certification provided).
Transport 32‑pound items occasionally and 25‑pound items repeatedly.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ERP‑based software.
Strong math and analytical skills to solve inventory discrepancies.
Electronic component knowledge and handling experience.
Experience operating counting scales.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
