Front Office Agent

Compensation:
$20 per hour (hourly position)
Hyatt House invites enthusiastic individuals to join our Front Office team. We focus on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to every guest.
Responsibilities
Oversee guest registration process and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests.
Process payments and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
Act as the face of Hyatt, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Maintain accurate records and reporting as required.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Flexible schedule; willing to work AM/P.M shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Hospitality front‑office experience preferred, not required.
Customer‑service orientation and desire to exceed guest expectations.
