Location: Springfield, IL Base pay range : $45,000 – $50,000 per year About the Company Prominence Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive revenue, strengthen brand presence, and create exceptional client partnerships. About the Role As a Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind hotel revenue and brand visibility. Your ability to build relationships, secure bookings, and contribute to strategic planning helps ensure long‑term growth and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Be a Revenue Driver: Achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets and sales activity goals. Represent with Excellence: Promote the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and local market opportunities. Strategize for Growth: Collaborate with the Director of Sales to build and execute quarterly action plans, sales forecasts, and marketing strategies. Build Relationships: Develop new business and nurture existing client partnerships to drive group, transient, and corporate bookings. Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless client and guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience in a hotel sales role or similar position within the hospitality industry. Required Skills Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of sales systems, budgeting, and hospitality revenue strategy. Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Tech‑savvy with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and sales platforms. A flexible, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for success and service.
