Work Location 100 West College Drive, Suite 103, Marshall, MN 56258

Full-time Hours 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Summary The client service specialist/paraplanner is responsible for providing client relationship support to Financial Advisors, executing trades and transactions; and preparing and processing applications. Candidates must be willing to obtain or have a Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, and State Life/Health licenses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors

Execute trades and transactions for clients

Provide relationship support through managing, gathering and analyzing client data

Work with clients to resolve issues

Prepare and process client applications and checks

Perform a variety of routine clerical tasks

Use various computer applications, such as database management and word processing

Create, maintain, and enter data into databases

Schedule appointments using Salesforce CRM software

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Associate’s degree

Licenses: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, Series 66, State Life/Health Insurance Licenses or willingness to obtain

Experience: 1-2 years of related experience

Excellent verbal and written communication

Effective communication with clients and other advisors/staff

Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow

Proficient in Microsoft 365 technology
