Copier Account Executive – Canon USA
Canon USA is seeking a Copier Account Executive for the Mid‑West region. The role is full‑time, predominantly virtual, and requires a clean, valid state driver’s license and extensive travel.
Job Summary Develop strategies to increase sales through the Dealer Sales Channel and end users, managing dealer accounts and territories, coordinating product launches, and attending events and tradeshows. Present high‑level sales strategies, ROI analyses, and technical workflow solutions to Fortune 500 level executives and dealer customers.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies to increase sales with key decision makers in the Dealer Sales Channel and promote the business relationship between Canon and assigned dealers/branches.
Communicate effectively with Fortune 500 customers, including CEOs, CIOs, and CFOs, presenting high‑level sales strategies, ROI, and technical workflow analysis.
Assist Dealer and End‑User customers with technical knowledge to recommend hardware and software solutions.
Manage account accounts, territories, marketing program implementation, education, and other channel‑related support.
Conduct high‑level introductory sales calls and provide retail sales channel proposal development and bid support assistance.
Coordinate and implement product launches and equipment/software updates with the Dealer Sales Channel.
Co‑manage certain events and tradeshows.
Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues and maintain service quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 3‑5 years of related experience.
Experience with copier sales / A3 market required.
B2B retail sales and/or customer face‑to‑face, copier dealer, or manufacturer experience preferred.
Experience selling directly to end users is required.
CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification is a plus.
CompTIA Network+ Certification is a plus.
5+ years in sales/sales support and industry‑related experience.
Travel of over 75% or more in the Mid‑West is expected.
Benefits & Compensation Annual salary range:
$69,300 – $103,770 . Eligible for commissions per applicable plan and a full range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) savings plan, discretionary profit sharing, educational assistance, and more.
