We are committed to delivering personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA therapy helps individuals with Autism improve socially significant behavior, following the principles of Behavior Analysis. Our extensively trained BCBAs, Case Supervisors, and Technicians collaborate closely with parents to create tailored treatment plans that address the distinct requirements of each child.

Job Description Behavioral Health Works is seeking fun & energetic individuals who will provide evidence‑based behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support. Our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach communication skills, social skills, self‑help skills, and play skills through Applied Behavioral Analysis principles. The program is overseen by Clinical Directors and highly experienced BCBAs that provide supervision. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training is provided and fees are covered by Behavioral Health Works.

Requirements for Behavior Technicians/RBTs/ABA Therapists

Provide in‑home and community‑based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Must be available Monday to Friday 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., committing at least 6 hours per week.

Must be willing to travel to and from client homes; reliable vehicle required.

Must complete onboarding requirements and an initial training period.

Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.

Be goal‑oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Must have a fun and energetic personality, able to keep up with active children.

Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes.

Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs is a plus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).

Access to a smartphone or similar device capable of capturing client session data (iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop); tech‑savvy required.

Willingness to undergo a criminal background clearance.

Proof of a negative TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and full immunizations to MMR/Varicella‑Zoster Virus; employer will cover costs.

Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance; reliable transportation required.

Maintain active participation by engaging in play and keeping up with the child’s energy during sessions.

Point of bilingualism is a plus; higher pay rate offered to bilingual candidates.

Compensation $23.00 – $29.00 per hour.

Expected Hours Part‑time: 10 – 15 hours per week.

Schedule

Minimum commitment of at least 6 hours per week during core service hours at least 2 days per week.

After‑school hours: Afternoons and evenings (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. time block).

Monday to Friday.
