What You’ll Be Doing at Autism Care Partners
Work one‑on‑one with children implementing BCBA‑designed clinical plans that build communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Use ABA principles such as reinforcement and prompting to teach adaptive behaviors in language, socialization, play, self‑help, and motor skills.
Address behavior reduction goals using ABA strategies.
With training, implement skill development programs and give physical guidance as needed to ensure client safety.
Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
Convert sessions in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
Track and record RBT hours each month and submit within the timeframe.
Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
Attend trainings as required.
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Education and Experience
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
No experience required – we will train!
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) while attending to active children.
Must be willing and able to use quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with challenging behavior.
Additional Requirements
No prior criminal history.
Ability to utilize technology.
Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows.
Ability to operate basic office equipment.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
