Film & Video Production Intern
to help us produce engaging short-form content, commercials, and podcasts for
Averity
and
Chris Allaire — a fast-growing personal and company brand known for igniting human connection in the world of tech, leadership, and recruiting.
You’ll work directly with
Chris Allaire , award-winning CEO, podcast guest, and founder of Averity and Techclusive, to create dynamic visual content that brings powerful ideas to life.
What You’ll Do
Edit videos, podcasts, and promotional clips recorded in
Riverside, YouTube and others.
Help produce video and audio content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and social platforms
Create highlight reels, intros, and short-form “reels” or “shorts” for marketing and storytelling
Collaborate on storyboarding, creative direction, and filming concepts
Assist with light animation, title screens, and branding consistency
Support live and virtual productions — podcasts, panels, interviews, and promotional shoots
Who You Are
Currently pursuing a degree in
Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or Creative Arts
Comfortable working in
Riverside.fm ,
Premiere , or similar platforms
Passionate about
storytelling, editing, and visual creativity
Highly organized, resourceful, and eager to learn from professionals
Bonus: You’re familiar with YouTube optimization, social media trends, or podcast editing
