THE ROLE The firm is seeking a polished and highly organized Investor Relations Coordinator to support the execution of investor engagement activities and serve as a key liaison between the company and the investment community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys managing complex logistics, and is passionate about delivering high‑quality investor experiences.

The Investor Relations Coordinator will work closely with the Investor Relations team, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless planning and delivery of roadshows, investor events, and communications.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning and coordinating investor roadshows across multiple geographies

Reaching out to and liaising directly with institutional investors and analysts

Extensive calendar management for senior executives and investor meetings

Booking travel, scheduling meetings, preparing detailed itineraries, and creating comprehensive meeting prep

Tracking investor interactions and meetings using CRM systems

Organizing investor‑related events including biannual investor calls, networking dinners, and the AGM

Researching and compiling background information and briefing materials for investor meetings

Monitoring and distributing relevant private equity news and market updates

Acting as the point of contact throughout each roadshow, ensuring smooth execution

Creating marketing materials, pitch books, and investor presentations

THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate is polished, personable, and highly detail‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities. They bring 6+ years of experience in investor relations coordination, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional investor experiences and supporting senior leadership with precision and professionalism.

Key qualifications include:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Business, or a related field

6+ years of experience in investor relations, or corporate communications

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools and design platforms is a plus

Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

THE COMP/BENEFITS Full‑time, on‑site role

Base salary: $140k + discretionary bonus
