YOUR ROLE We seek highly skilled Managers or Senior Managers with a strong background in Financial Services Transformation Consulting, Strategy & Advisory. Ideal candidates have 8‑12 years of experience and a deep understanding of banking products, processes, organization, regulations and risk management.

In this role you will lead and drive:

Large‑scale Financial Services transformation programs, coordinating with business, operations and IT teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Turning the organization client‑centric, from offer design to UX design to organization changes

Designing new operating models and optimizing the efficiency of business processes, through better use of data, automation and digitization

Designing and implementing sourcing strategy, on‑shore / off‑shore, Global Competence Center

Remediation programs: supporting internal audits and closing internal audit or regulatory recommendations

Providing insights and recommendations to improve risk management practices, particularly in areas such as operational risk, resilience risk, IT risk, data privacy risk and cybersecurity risk

Developing and implementing control frameworks to enhance operational risk management

Travel is required per 50‑75% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead/manage consultant teams and actively participate in creating value for clients through various projects

Support Capgemini Invent Financial Services executive leadership in delivering project assignments, and play a role in managing client relationships

Provide fact‑based recommendations through research, interviews and workshops, and present these through business proposals and slide presentations

Leverage expertise and network to drive service offerings and participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities (development of offerings, proposal preparations, contract negotiations)

Requirements

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering; a Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage

Strong and in‑depth knowledge of banking processes, its operating environment and regulations

8‑12 years of working experience in the Financial Services industry, of which 5 years were spent in strategy/management consulting (either through a consulting firm or in internal projects), ideally with a track record in one or several of the following fields:

Operational and Credit Risk

Business transformation (lean management, re‑engineering)

Risk and Finance

Finance and/or Product Control

Must possess experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision‑making, automate processes and drive operational efficiency across the organization

Rigorous project management skills and autonomy, able to navigate complex clients

Very good analytical and communication skills

Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and proactive drive
