Farmers Insurance District 3504
is a Presidents Council district, and we are led by a dynamic team of professionals. We are seeking a few Commercial Lines Sales Representatives. In the BIA role you would be tasked with the development of relationships with business customers, through-out Texas and potentially, as many as nineteen other states that we consider to be growth states we target. The scale potential is enormous. You will be counted on for the strategic development and growth of profitable customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth.

Responsibilities
Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses
Follow-up on agency provided leads developing relationships and referrals
Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers owned by or in relationship with Farmers Insurance, such as Foremost, Kraft Lake, Bristol West, Progressive, Travelers, Safeco and others.
Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication
Document all client interactions in CRM
Requirements
Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Minimum
3 years of commercial insurance
sales experience
Strong communication, keyboard and consultative sales skills
Verifiable track record of success. Be prepared to discuss your numbers in the interview. Average calls per day, average policies a month, closing ratio and sales ranking within your organization.
Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email)
Self-starter with the discipline to work remotely and meet sales goals
Bilingual a plus (especially Spanish)
Life and Health Licenses with experience in Life Insurance sales a PLUS
Complete the assessment as soon as possible
