Candidate must live in the Northern Ohio area (Cleveland or Akron)
How you’ll make a difference? As the Bone Growth Therapies Patient Care Specialist you will assist direct Orthofix Territory Managers, as well as Orthofix Distributors with patient education and device in‑services.
What will be your duties and responsibilities? Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
Provide direct, personal, and timely service representing Orthofix in a professional and straightforward manner.
Assist with patient fittings.
Assist with educational meetings with patients and staff regarding the benefits of the Orthofix stimulation products.
Discuss the explanation of benefits and patient responsibilities.
Facilitate paperwork collections for order submissions.
Field patient phone calls.
Collect and submit HIPAA‑covered information related to orders.
Maintain regular attendance.
What skills will you need?
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to present to individuals or larger groups.
Ability to accurately maintain a monthly fitter log, detailing patient fit, date and time, serial number, and type of device.

Physical demands and work conditions The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift and transport products to various sites repetitively throughout each day.
Lifting capacity approximately 20‑30 pounds.
Travel required within territory, by care, about 90 %.
If traveling by car, a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
Maintain regular attendance.
