Senior RPA Developer / UiPath Engineer — Jersey City, NJ — Contract We are looking for an experienced
Senior RPA Developer
with advanced expertise in
UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and custom activity development (C#, VB.NET, PowerShell) . This role requires strong
automation delivery skills, production support, and mentoring experience
to drive enterprise-wide RPA initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy
high-volume, high-frequency RPA automations
in UiPath. Build
custom activities
using C# in Visual Studio to extend UiPath’s functionality. Administer and maintain
UiPath Orchestrator
(cloud/host environments). Define and enforce
best practices, code reviews, and QA/UAT processes . Provide
break/fix support , logging improvements, and production troubleshooting. Collaborate with Business Analysts for
PDD/PASS/SIPOC documentation alignment . Implement
REFramework, MicroBots, and reusable workflows
for scalable delivery. Mentor RPA developers and conduct code reviews. Integrate RPA with enterprise systems (SQL Server, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Exchange). Support Agile delivery via
Jira
and stakeholder reporting. Required Skills
5+ years RPA experience (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework). Strong coding background:
C#, VB.NET, PowerShell
scripting. Hands-on production support, break/fix resolution, logging frameworks. Experience with SQL Server, Active Directory, Windows Server (2003–2016), Exchange (2003–O365). Strong communication and ability to
train/mentor cross-functional teams . Preferred Qualifications
UiPath certifications: Advanced Developer, SAP Automation, Implementation Methodology. Microsoft certifications: MCSA/MCITP/MCTS (Windows, Server, Active Directory). Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or large-scale enterprise environments. Exposure to UiPath Insights, Task Capture, and reporting dashboards. Employment details
