Landscape Workshop
Overview
The Install Division of Landscape Workshop, a leading commercial landscaping company, is transitioning from a decentralized branch-admin model to a specialized, dedicated Install finance and administration structure. We are seeking a Regional Branch Administrator to support our division. This role is responsible for executing billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, contract compliance, hiring/onboarding, and will support financial reporting functions across multiple Install branches. The Regional Branch Administrator ensures that financial and administrative processes are accurate, timely, and compliant, while providing critical support to General Managers (GMs), Project Managers (PMs), and division leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Execute billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
Maintain strong financial controls and contract compliance across multiple Install branches.
Support hiring and onboarding processes for the division.
Assist with financial reporting functions and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Provide critical support to General Managers, Project Managers, and division leadership.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail; be process-driven and organized in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in finance/administration roles, preferably in construction, landscaping, or a related industry.
