Digital Marketing Manager GlyMed+, “The Brand of the Skincare Professional™,” is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our passionate and fast‑growing marketing team. Base Pay Range $75,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr

About the Role We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results‑oriented Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow our digital presence across key platforms. In this role, you’ll be the digital voice of the brand—building engaging content, driving community interaction, and bringing our educational and product campaigns to life.

This role will oversee strategy and execution across digital channels, with a strong focus on social media management and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate understands the professional skincare market, is skilled at driving client and professional engagement, and can translate brand values into compelling digital experiences that inspire trust and deliver measurable growth.

You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with our education, creative, and product teams to align content with brand strategy, launch campaigns, and amplify the impact of GlyMed+ through every digital channel.

Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Brand Growth

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that elevates brand presence in the professional skincare space.

Drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across all digital platforms, aligning campaigns with company goals and customer needs.

Manage paid and organic digital campaigns, optimizing for ROI and customer acquisition while maintaining premium brand positioning.

Social Media Management

Oversee daily management of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring content reflects brand voice, innovation, and skincare expertise.

Create and schedule educational, inspirational, and promotional content to support professionals, estheticians, and consumers.

Monitor trends in beauty, wellness, and professional skincare to keep content fresh and relevant.

Build strong community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and fostering meaningful online relationships.

Collaborate with influencers, brand partners, and educators to amplify reach and strengthen brand credibility.

Content Creation & Digital Campaigns

Partner with creative teams to produce high‑quality visuals, videos, blogs, and email campaigns that reflect the luxury and efficacy of professional skincare.

Manage SEO initiatives, including keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings.

Support product launches, promotions, and educational initiatives with targeted digital content.

Ensure all messaging aligns with brand standards, regulatory compliance, and the needs of professional partners.

Analytics & Performance

Track, measure, and report on performance across digital channels, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategy.

Manage digital budgets and maximize ROI through data‑driven decision‑making.

Continuously optimize website traffic, conversion funnels, and e‑commerce promotions.

Partner closely with education, sales, and product development teams to ensure marketing campaigns support professional estheticians and client outcomes.

Serve as a digital ambassador for the brand, championing both the professional skincare community and end‑consumer needs.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and digital innovations within the aesthetics and wellness space.

Manage a small team of content and engagement coordinator(s).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.

4+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within skincare, beauty, or wellness.

Proven expertise in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and managing social media strategies and campaigns for premium or professional brands.

Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other reporting dashboards.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging, brand‑aligned content.

Experience in email marketing platforms and CMS tools preferred.

Strong experience managing and executing content calendars across multiple platforms.

Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills tailored for social‑first audiences.

Proficiency with social tools and platforms like Later, Planoly, Sprout, Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite.

Experience running or collaborating on UGC and influencer campaigns.

Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of KPIs, engagement metrics, and performance reporting.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
