Role Overview
Global healthcare company seeking a production-strong Graphic Designer with solid print and PowerPoint formatting expertise to support a high-volume creative team.
Base Pay Range $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr
Position Type and Location Part‑time, 25 hours per week (initially). Hybrid position in Parsippany, NJ.
Responsibilities
Produce print‑ready assets (brochures, tear pads, folders, sell sheets, training materials) in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Format and refine PowerPoint decks using corporate templates and fonts; build visual hierarchies, iconography, and data visuals for sales and L&D needs.
Apply corporate brand guidelines with precision across print and presentation outputs.
Prepare mechanicals and prepress files (bleeds, trims, color profiles, packaging files when needed); support vendor‑ready exports.
Handle versioning and resizing for digital placements (e.g., web ads); maintain organized file structures and naming conventions.
Partner with the Production Lead for QA/proofing, ensuring error‑free, compliant deliverables.
Work within LMR/MLR workflows, incorporating feedback efficiently and tracking changes.
Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced queue; deliver on tight turnarounds.
Document work in team tools (e.g., M365, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Viva as applicable) and support production tracking.
Participate in portfolio walk‑throughs and creative reviews; iterate quickly based on feedback.
Qualifications & Skills
3–5+ years of professional design experience with a strong print production foundation.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign (primary), Illustrator, Photoshop.
Advanced PowerPoint skills: master templates, slide builds, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proven ability to turn work around quickly with high attention to detail and brand fidelity.
Experience working in regulated industries (pharma/healthcare/medical) or agency experience supporting such clients.
Familiarity with LMR/MLR (Local/Medical/Legal Review) processes and documentation—or demonstrated ability to learn fast.
Portfolio required showcasing print production and deck/slide work (samples of brochures, sell sheets, and training decks).
