We are looking for a

Technical Recruiter

to join our Human Resources team. As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping our business attract, source, and hire top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a seamless, high‑quality recruitment process while proactively building pipelines for future needs. Duties and Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finish.

Qualify new requisitions to ensure alignment with business needs, internal policies, and job description standards.

Partner with hiring managers to lead intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and provide guidance on recruitment processes and best practices.

Source, engage, and assess candidates through multiple channels including leveraging job boards, networking, referrals, and proactive market mapping.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.

Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, working closely with the Head of Human Resources, Human Resources Director and hiring managers.

Provide data‑driven insights and regular updates to Head of Human Resources on recruiting progress, challenges, and market trends.

Represent First Electronic Bank as a brand ambassador, promoting our culture and values in every candidate interaction.

Assist with other people and talent initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

5+ years of recruiting experience, either in‑house or within a talent acquisition agency (banking, financial services or fintech experience preferred).

Proven ability to source and pipeline high‑quality talent across diverse roles.

Strong client relationship management and influencing skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recruiting activity to senior leaders.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Passion for delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience and promoting a culture of inclusion and excellence.
