Process the full payroll cycle for hourly and salaried employees, including new site locations Manage employee data in payroll and HRIS systems, including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes Participate in or lead the implementation and configuration of payroll and HRIS systems Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment processes Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive payroll and benefits administration experience in a growing/multi-location organization Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely-related field Strong knowledge of payroll tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions Hands-on experience with payroll software and strong Excel/computer skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills Preferred Qualifications
Payroll and/or benefits certification (e.g., American Payroll Association – FPC/CPP, CEBS) Demonstrated experience with payroll/HRIS system implementation or major payroll systems conversion/upgrade High level of attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee/payroll data #Payroll #BenefitsAdministration #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #HRIS #Compliance We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
