Job Description
CSI is looking to hire a passionate, forward‑thinking, and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting and selecting top talent to support organizational growth and culture. This role manages recruiting across departments, utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and diverse channels to ensure a strong candidate pool. It also focuses on pipeline development by identifying and nurturing high‑potential talent, and coordinating internship programs that build future workforce capabilities.
In addition, the specialist administers and refines candidate assessment tools to support data‑driven hiring decisions, working closely with hiring managers and employee development leaders.
This role requires a solid understanding of CSI’s business models, products, and practices to help achieve our Employee Development Vision of having well‑trained, highly skilled employees supporting the company’s continued growth and success.

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually.
Primary Functions
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Support the full‑cycle recruiting processes for all levels of positions across various departments.
Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, career fairs, networking, and referrals, to ensure a diverse pool of candidates.
Conduct screening interviews, reference checks, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
Pipeline Development
Help maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Identify high‑potential candidate pools and implement strategies to engage and nurture relationships with top talent, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
Contribute to strategies for sourcing high‑demand and hard‑to‑fill positions.
Internship Programs
Assist in coordinating and managing internship programs, from recruitment to program evaluation.
Partner with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote internship opportunities and attract top student talent.
Design and implement onboarding, mentorship, and training programs for interns.
Ensure the successful conversion of interns to full‑time employees, if applicable.
Employee Assessments
Administer employee assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates for cultural fit and role‑specific competencies.
Regularly review and refine assessment methods to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the Employee Development Manager and hiring managers to interpret results and make data‑driven decisions on candidate selection.
Position Requirements
Education/Training
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
Proven experience in recruiting pipelines, internship programs, and onboarding processes.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employee assessment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external candidates.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Ability to analyze hiring data, assess program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements.
Physical & Work Environment The position requires the ability to interact with employees verbally and in writing, remain in a stationary position for 80% of the workday, and operate a computer and other office productivity equipment. The job may require lifting up to 20 pounds, stooping, bending, and occasional lifting of office products and supplies.
