Ambercare/Addus Homecare is seeking a Location Recruiter for their Espanola, NM office. The role focuses on sourcing, hiring, and onboarding home‑care and staffing personnel to support our growth and revenue goals. Position Summary:
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with the Agency Director, Regional Director, and Human Resources. Manage sourcing, interviewing, and offer processes, maintain employee files, and develop creative recruiting strategies. Hours:
Full Time – Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (in‑office). Location:

Lead full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, selecting, negotiating, and extending offers. Oversee pre‑employment checks, reference and background screenings, assessments, and onboarding. Maintain employee files and ensure compliance. Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Audit new‑hire packets for completeness and compliance. Conduct orientation sessions and address new‑hire queries. Position Requirements & Competencies: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of experience in full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and results‑driven mindset.
