As an HRIS Specialist at our high-tech delivery company, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You’ll ensure accurate and efficient handling of employee information, automate HR processes, and provide actionable insights to help us attract, retain, and manage top talent across our tech and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, HR digital transformation initiatives, and self-service tools through automation and system enhancements.
Manage the implementation of new HR modules and software updates, and integrations between HRIS, payroll, time attendance, and fleet management systems.
Develop and automate HR reports and dashboards for leadership (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring trends, performance metrics).
Partner with HR, Finance, and Tech teams to streamline data workflows and enhance system capabilities.
Provide end-user training and support for HR staff and managers on system functionality.
Generate HR analytics and reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.) for management decision-making.
Support HR and IT teams during system upgrades, implementations, or integrations with other platforms (e.g., payroll, time attendance).
Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or IT to resolve them.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years of HRIS or HR data management experience, preferably in a tech or fast-moving logistics environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, HCM, Odoo, or BambooHR).
Understanding of integrations between HRIS and operational systems (e.g., fleet, attendance, payroll).
Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong Excel and HR analytics skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Knowledge of HR processes and Egyptian labor law.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven/data-driven culture.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR digital transformation projects in the logistics, delivery, or tech sectors.
Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, or similar).
Fluency in both Arabic and English.
