The role you’ll contribute: The Human Resource Business Partner Executive Director (HRBP‑EXEC DIR) Non‑Acute Care serves as a trusted and collaborative advisor, providing a proactive, practical, and valued HR perspective in partnership with facility leadership. The HRBP‑EXEC DIR serves as the strategic partner to COE and the champion of value‑added programs, ensuring non‑acute business vertical alignment in support of attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent. This individual possesses strong skills in building relationships, diagnosing issues, advising, influencing, and guiding all levels of management on the HR implications of business decisions related to aspects of people‑management and leadership. This individual drives and deploys programs and strategies for local talent management, development, compensation, performance management, and workplace rights that facilitate change and optimize the contribution and engagement level of employees. The HRBP‑EXEC DIR will utilize experience and analytics for evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiencies of HR programs and processes, while making recommendations for strategic changes. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Develops and champions employee wellness programs aligned with organizational mission and business objectives.

Collaborates with business vertical executives to engage, motivate, and retain employees, setting strategy for employee events, projects, and communication.

Reviews and benchmarks internal and external environments to improve human resources policies and initiatives, driving the sharing of best practices across functions.

Serves as a champion for the HR operating model and serves as the primary liaison between leadership and COE to ensure that services and solutions are driving business objectives and aligned with non‑actue business vertical needs

Serves as change agent, demonstrating the ability to influence, negotiate and gain buy‑in at multiple levels within the organization. Drives employee engagement and change management activities. Coaches leaders through change management processes, advising them on the implications of short and long‑term decisions, strategies, and large‑scale change efforts that will yield sustainable business results

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor's in related field

5+ years of Leadership Experience

Professional in Human Resources (PHR) - preferred

SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) - preferred
