About the Position We’re seeking experienced Low-Voltage Technicians and Lead Installers to join our growing team near the Denver area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on exceptional new‑construction homes and be part of a company that values precision, quality, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Perform structured low‑voltage pre‑wiring and trim‑out in luxury new‑construction homes

Install, configure, and test AV, networking, and control systems

Work with and program Control4 and Lutron systems (experience preferred)

Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and design teams to ensure smooth installations

Maintain clean, organized wiring and accurate system documentation

Troubleshoot, test, and verify system performance and reliability

Lead and oversee AV/low‑voltage installation teams

Coordinate multiple project phases from rough‑in through final trim‑out

Communicate with builders, designers, and homeowners to ensure seamless integration

Train and mentor technicians to uphold Flatiron’s quality standards

Qualifications

3+ years of residential low‑voltage, AV, or home automation experience

Strong understanding of wiring standards, signal flow, and system integration

Proficiency with Control4 and Lutron lighting, shading, and control systems

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics

Excellent problem‑solving, organization, and communication skills

Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and professional in all client interactions
