This on‑site role in the United States leads front‑end engineering efforts across product teams to ship polished, maintainable web interfaces.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and architect front-end solutions for complex web applications—drive component architecture, state management, and performance trade-offs.
Own delivery for UI features end-to-end: translate designs into production-ready React components, integrate with APIs, and ensure cross-browser responsiveness.
Establish and enforce front-end best practices: coding standards, component libraries, testing strategies, and CI / CD pipelines.
Coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing on-site front-end team—conduct code reviews, hiring interviews, and technical career development.
Collaborate with Product, UX, and Backend teams to define requirements, estimate work, and remove technical blockers.
Drive accessibility, security, and performance optimizations—measure impact and implement continuous improvements.
