Overview The Creative Designer, GTM will partner with senior creatives to conceptualize and implement seasonal campaigns across the Crocs mainline product portfolio. This role will interact with global teams and develop new and innovative ways to combine marketing strategies and channel goals into visual stories that elevate the overall creative process. The position supports all omnichannel marketing assets—email, website, app, paid social, display, retail and wholesale—by delivering campaign guidelines and creative execution.
What You’ll Do
Translate campaign creative briefs into innovative approaches that convey brand, product, or promotional stories through high‑level critical thinking.
Generate concept video ideas for various channels from CTV to paid social.
Assist with art direction and devise creative solutions for photo and video.
Create innovative visual design across all customer touchpoints, consistent with brand standards.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure designs remain consistent across campaigns.
Design visual systems that conform to channel layout standards, build responsive site assets and other digital‑friendly layouts, design and build retail assets, and apply accessibility and usability best practices.
Build reusable asset libraries, including design systems, typography, color palettes, graphic elements, grid systems, and motion behaviors.
Work on multiple concurrent projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Operate under pressure and tight deadlines.
Present creative work to internal and external partners.
Express creative strategic POV in a collaborative and professional manner.
Provide and receive feedback professionally.
Maintain commitment to problem solving.
Deliver files efficiently, promptly, and within approved deadlines.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be receptive to coaching.
Support brand initiatives diligently, regardless of scope.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (e.g., advertising design, communications design).
At least two years of related experience in advertising design.
Experience working at an advertising agency is a bonus.
Experience with global brands.
Experience developing and implementing brand style guides.
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience with digital design.
Experience with print design.
Experience with video and animation design is a bonus.
Experience with on‑set photo and/or video production is a bonus.
Portfolio demonstrating ability to marry creative concepts to design.
