We’re looking for a
Field Marketing Supervisor
who is a natural leader, passionate about mentoring teams, and experienced in event marketing and/or retail environments. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Brand Ambassadors across retail locations and events, driving performance through coaching, strategic scheduling, and hands‑on support. You’ll be the go‑to person for ensuring our presence at events and retail partnerships is professional, engaging, and effective in generating qualified leads.
Responsibilities
Manage relationships with retail partners, supervising staffing, training, and scheduling of Brand Ambassador employees at shows, events, and store locations to generate qualified leads for design consultations.
Regularly report on performance metrics and market needs.
Develop and manage staffing plans and schedules for market warehouses.
Set up and tear down events, ensuring materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
Travel routinely within assigned market; occasional travel to other markets as needed.
Earn performance bonuses for every appointment scheduled in your market.
Qualifications
Ability to lead, develop, train, mentor, and empower a team.
Ability to make decisions and take action within span of control, with a bias for action.
Strong local network building and relationship skills.
Organized and planful.
Preferred Experience & Additional Requirements
Prior experience coordinating retail, show, or event workers.
Must be able to travel to all assigned shows and events within the territory.
Ability to consistently work all weekends, with few exceptions.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Ability to lift 40 lbs; push large displays weighing 75 lbs on wheels; stand for extended periods.
Ability to set up and tear down up to two shows per day, which may include over an hour of physical activity.
Compensation $70,000 – $100,000 with a base salary and performance bonuses. Unlimited earning potential!
