Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

Position Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Content Creator
with strong skills in
graphic design
and
video production
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience
developing and managing a company’s online brand presence and creating engaging digital content
for a variety of platforms.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively while supporting broader marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand.
Executive assistant experience is not required but would be a strong plus . This skill set would allow the right candidate to also provide organizational and administrative support to company leadership as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Design engaging graphics, reels, stories, and short‑form videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Capture, edit, and produce video content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and community engagement.
Social Media Management:
Plan, schedule, and publish content across social channels.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
Analytics & Reporting:
Oversee reporting for both organic and paid social campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversions.
Manage and optimize Meta ads, leveraging data to adjust targeting, creative, and budget for stronger ROI.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to support ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Assist with influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and promotions.
If applicable, provide executive‑level administrative support, such as scheduling, project coordination, and assisting leadership with communication and organization.
Comfortable working in a face paced team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and mobile editing apps. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent visual storytelling, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
